The hotel was easy to find and there was lots of free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful without being 'in your face'. It did not matter that I had booked via Wotif rather than directly with the hotel. We spent two nights there. The room itself was good,new and clean. However we paid for a spa room while the spa didn't work we enjoyed it as hot tub anyway. The front desk staff is skillful but not very friendly. The worst was the noise from the street!!!!!
