Stayed overnight and was amazed at the quality and cleanliness of the hotel rooms. It was a lovely setting and hard to believe that you are less than 1km away from the waterfront, and 2km to town...you really do feel like you are in a resort! “Handy for conference but the rooms are just so-so”

The conference centre has lots of events and its easy to stay there if attending a conference. Roooms are about 3 star, clean but not much in them and not the most sound proof. Plenty of car parking spots and nice open areas around the centre and in the reception area. Golf course is close by and the Geelong park.... More

We stayed here so that we could attend the Avalon air show with our 12-year-old son and it was the only accommodation left in Geelong. We were aware that it is run by the Salvation Army and had a no-alcohol, no-smoking policy. We therefore thought we might be in for a bit of a Spartan experience. Nothing could be further... More

Stayed here recently rooms were spotless on arival and done daily to the same standard. There were little extras in our room like pool towels and emery board plus lots of the usual. Only criticism with the room was that the double bed was pushed in to the corner with little room for the person on that side to get... More
