Fresh on Charles is a funkily good vegetarian restaurant in Launceston that has a few self-contained apartments attached upstairs. For a fantastic price we booked an apartment that is very sweet, full of funky furniture and also extremely comfortable and well-situated. My partner and I stayed at fresh on Charles floe a night as part of my birthday celebrations and what can I say, it was amazing. The rooms were very chic and retro, with a helpful supply of Penguin Classic novels to read while reclining in an ex dentistry chair overlooking the leafy princes park. My business partner and I stayed at Fresh for two nights and the rooms are awesome. The beds are so comfortable and have electric blankets to keep you warm.
