Hotel room was great, location nice and central, value for money great, BUT the restaurant was very poor in interpretation of menu presentation and quality of main course. Attitude of restaurant staff well below expectations.

Staff were great. Online booking didn't get throug to staff on time. Room smelt disgusting, curtains were all ripped. No screen on door to enable us to open door for fresh air to get rid of smell without the insects getting in. The friendliness of the staff was a highlight at this property. The location is very central however very noisy when locals were leaving hotels very late Saturday night/Sunday morning. Food was terrific. Would be great for business travellers mid week without the late night revellers.

The Mercure Centro is located right in the shopping district and very close to the water. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. Staff were very helpful the room was clean and comfortable.the restaurant was ok but a bit pricey.happy hour from 530 to 7 was good and prices were reasonable.stayed a couple of days and the weather was great.would stay here again.

Great location, just 100 mt. from shopping centre and restaurants, the reception service was A1, the room was big and clean and he bed was tops. It should been the perfect experience but for breakfast. We had it twice and both times wasn't close to acceptable, but the rest was so good that we are prepare to go back again
