“Clean & Value for Money, just lacked personal service”

Stayed here on the 20th May 2012. Found that lack of customer service concerning. I am someone who as worked in hotels for 16 years and found the fact that I did not meet a staff member once during my stay a bit strange. “"Port in a Storm"!”

Stayed here for 1 night "on our travels up the East Coast". Excellent central location and easy to find. Lovely modern spacious apartment.....our`s was for sale for $242,000.....which appeared good value comparing the Australian property market. Lovely roof-top pool and BBQ area....but we were unlucky with weather.....it was very wet!! Enjoyed the riverside walk to the Ocean with all it`s... More

We booked our room through wotif.com and having booked quite a few rooms through them over the years, we were not expecting all that much as usually we have ended up in one of the worst rooms in the place for one reason or another. Not so at the Mantra Quayside. We walked into our room and both smiled immediatley.... More

The hotel was lovely, however we booked for a 1 bedroom apartment and paid and was then advised they had over booked (being easter weekend) and was down graded to a studio apartment which was to small for the 3 of us. When we arrived at 2 pm for check in we where advised our room would not be ready... More
