Close to the wineries, nice room and view, and good breakfast, but service was disappointing and overall it was not worth the price paid of $270 for a double room with spa. My partner and I drove down from Brisbane to the hunter, we stayed at Hermitage Lodge for 3 nights and I must say it was just a truely enjoyable experience. We dined at the restaurant the first night and got pizzas in our rooms the second night and it was lovely. Thank you Hermitage for a great time. More
