Our stay at Ibis Newcastle was pleasant. This is the first time we stayed at Ibis Newcastle but felt we were in Ibis Thornleigh as it was designed exactly the same. Quality was as expected and service was excellent. Breakfast left a bit to be desired with lukewarm food but dinner was very nice.

Perfectly positioned for a weekend getaway. Close to great walking paths & restaurants along the harbour and beaches. Sadly Hunter St isn't attractive anymore however the surrounding areas make up for it. Our room was adequate and the service was great!

The receptionist on duty when I arrived at around 16.00 on Saturday 6th April was not only helpful but genuine. Stay regularly here.Nice comfy new beds are awesome.Latex I think with pillowtops and soft padded matress protector and soft new pillows.A definite improvement and in line with the upgrading/refurb of the hotel.Good to see the continuing improvements guys.
