A really good renovation but if you want to sleep before midnight then check if they have a live band on. They certainly do on Saturday nights. Shared bathrooms are good. Bed linen and pillows good quality.

The Sunnyside Hotel is a great place to eat. The food was excellent and the service good. The menu was filled with great meals and not expensive at all. My wife and I ate here some twelve months ago and now we eat here regularly ie at least twice a week.

Beware-a one bedroom family suite is one big room only. Quickbeds and wotif rate same as direct hotel website. Avoid friday nights-our room 1 was directly above the band-very noisy, you could feel the floor shaking/vibrating. Band finished playing around 11pm.
