“DON'T STAY HERE”

Stay-One night - Friday
Mum Dad two kids under 7
Complex- townhouse about 7 - 2 storey - room 4 bedrooms upstairs.
I read a previous review which basically bagged the management, I only needed an overnight stay so I booked with some reservation after looking at the motel on 'Street View' (Google Maps). I questioned the noise and was offered a room away from the road in an effort to reduce the road noise. NOTHING WILL OR WOULD REDUCE THAT ROAD NOISE. No management on site. Entry into the room was by code on a keypad, payment by credit card.
We walked into the room (4) and the smell was terrible, after a bit of airing it was bearible. Features are limited. The TV is mounted high on the wall and I got a sore neck from looking up. The place looks great but needs a little 'touch' and maintenance, however nothing will ever fix the road noise.
The road noise is unbearable, I have slept through a fire alarm however I could not sleep with the constant trucks, using air... More

This property is managed by Jesmond Executive Villas, I suggest that you make reference to this property before making any reservations if you really have to.. We found the staff to be rude and pushy and Tony the manager an absolute KNOB.. He was going to leave us in the lurch if we didn't agree with his terms as he suposingly up graded our accommodation in another suburb.. NO UPGRADE for us.. NO POOL NO SPA whats an extra bed room when traveling as a couple. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for accommodation no matter how good you think the deal might be.... The Manager is an absolute disgrace.Mind you check in is at 2.00pm and the apartment was not ready till 4.00pm.. More
