The Regal Villas are located in Birmingham Gardens, Newcastle, near the University. They are appalling. On arrival we found hairs on the sheets, clumps of hair on the towels, some half eaten noodles on the windowsill (along with several dirty glasses), a balcony littered with cigarette butts and a half eaten/half rotten jar of tomatoes on the balcony too.
