Good points: friendly check in staff, rooms renovated (painted), guest laundry Bad points: Bathroom smells of feet, thin walls (hear neighbors in bathroom), potholes in driveway, very drafty (wind whistles in under front door and out through bathroom - cold on this occasion) Can't comment on food at this stage, not had breakfast.
