What a gem! It is almost impossible to write this report without using superlatives and equally as impossible to find fault. Kem and Ross are excellent hosts offering the right balance between attentiveness and keeping a discrete distance so that you can enjoy their lovely property. “OK but overpriced”

This place is rated the only 5-star in Dubbo and somehow seems to get away with it, along with overcharging. It's a 4 at best, notwithstanding the SMH reviewer's rave that it's a benchmark by which to judge others. My husband and 12 year old son stayed in the Magnolia suite for two nights. It was beautiful. The hosts were fantastic. Fresh cakes, biscuits and freshly brewed coffee were always available.
