There are no issues with this property.From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Everything that was promised was delivered. The rooms were clean and the attention to detail was faultless. We will be staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We stayed one night in the Heritage Suite and were only sorry we were unable to stay longer. The suite was lovely, with it's own private dining area, where we enjoyed a superb meal. Set in a beautiful location, we found Kem and Ross very welcoming and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Pericoe again in the future.

This place is rated the only 5-star in Dubbo and somehow seems to get away with it, along with overcharging.
