We have just spent a quiet and very comfortable night staying in the Piano suite. I don't agree with BaMacca's review - the ensuite bathroom is clean and functional, the towels were fine, the bed was lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen area has everything you need in a compact space. I was going to start this review by saying 'I hesitate to write this as I want it to be available when I next visit Armidale' but then I read the only other review! I didn't stay in the Piano room. I have already reviewed this property and would like to point out the photos 5 to 8 were not taken by me. They have been included in this review by Trip advisor admin. This is not the room we stayed in. It is the cheaper room and despite looking nicer I doubt the cleanliness standards are any better.

This did not live up to the expectation of luxurious as described on the web site. We were given the Piano Suite. It is very tired and desparately in need of refurbishment.
