Basic Motel in need of an upgrade. Very noisy air conditioners in some units. No wi-fi offered and quite a distance to walk to CBD. We stayed 3 nights on a group tour en route to the Celtic Festival in Glen Innes from Canberra.

a great little place to stay in Armidale. Cheap and still retaining a sense of value for money. comfortable bed, a tad noisy when motel is full and neighbours get chatty, but a nice place to stop when visiting the beautiful surroundings of the town.

The good things: Nice and quiet area, clean, basic but good value. The bad things: Pretty packed and can hear people talking in carpark outside of door; the bed was really uncomfortable and made a well as you sunk into it; shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were empty (so bring your own!).
