This is a great motel located close to Armidale airport. Being on the edge of the town "on acres" it is nice and quiet. Hearing the foxes at night make it a good 'rural' experience. The proprietress is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and there is a good restaurant attached.

A comfortable older style motel set in quiet park lands on the edge of the township away from highway traffic. Clean and tidy. Most obliging proprietress who kindly left lights and heaters on in our room when we were delayed until late into the evening and the night was cold and wet. Would stay here again should the need arise.

Normally stay here when visiting Armidale on business. Great people & food. Only downside is its a few kilometers from the centre on town. Restaurant has real atmosphere and many functions are held here.
