This was a great B&B in Te Anau and the host - George - was incredibly welcoming during our short stay. We stayed in the Cathedral room which had wonderful views across the lake. It's been one of ther best B&B of our trip. Both George and Margaret are really noce and make your stay really easy and confortable. Really close to town centre, but at the same time really quite and full of peace. The best choice in Te Anau!

I only stayed one night. Clean, charming accommodation. George was a very kind, friendly host with lots of helpful tips about touring Fiordland. You pretty much need a car to get to the lake/downtown. From what I saw of the other hotels in town, Te Anau Lodge is one of the best places to stay in the area.
