Helen totally spoilt us, not only was it inexpensive, we had a fantastic little suit that was exceptionally clean. Our room was serviced daily and had a great assortment of breakfast goodies. Helen is an amazing hostess who really takes pride in her product. Definitely a great base for Doubtful Sound or for you trip up to Milford Sound.

Not the best place we stayed in, but still acceptable. Only a short drive from the river, and overall the room was very comfortable, and there were ample room provisons for breakfast, which you made for yourself. We were looking for a lake view motel, but weren't at all disappointed with Antler Lodge. Nice and quiet, which is very important

We stayed upstairs in unit 3. It was very spacious & very clean. A lovely diy breakfast was provided in the fridge. We used our car to go to the lake front & town.

This place is a hidden gem - more like a 'granny flat' than holiday accommodation. The owners are really friendly and made us feel at home. Wonderful views towards the mountains. Short walk to the town centre and ideal base for Milford Sound. Stayed for three nights and weather was good.
