You simply cannot beat this hotel and more so, their spa. Suiza and her team make you feel a million dollars. The food in the restaurants is fantastic and is a really well placed hotel with every amenity you need or want. Try their pillow menu too!!!

We just finished our stay at Sofitel-Queenstown and highly recommend staying here. The service was impeccable. The location was perfect as it is centrally located to all downtown restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean and modern. We would absolutely stay here again if returning to Queenstown.

Spoil yourself. The staff are fabulous. The location is centre of town and the fit out is top class. You know it's going to be good when you are greeted "bonjour". Everything is high standard. If you can afford it, book it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service and friendliness of the staff was superb. Felt very relaxed and comfortable and any requirements or enquiries was never a problem. Would certainly stay again. Sofitel is that one step above some of the other hotels.

Great location - it is very centrally located and within a 2-5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, car hire.
