This is a nice hotel, well designed and in the best location for access to downtown Queenstown. The rooms are comfortable and spacious but I have a question regarding their facilities. Queenstown is extremely cold in winter and my room only had a small wall heater and was very cold when coming back to the hotel after a day out.... More

We spent a couple of nights at the Novotel Lakeside, the room was lovely and roomy with good views, very clean and well furnished , the bed was soooo comfy. The Dinner in the restaurant was very enjoyable. The service was pleasant, but could be improved in the Dining side of things. Very central, to shops,bars etc. Would stay again.
