Great location, walking distance to town, and attractions. Helpful staff and clean quiet premises with valet parking for $15 per day. Great view out over Lake Wakatipu when you purchase the Lake View room. Restaurant was also good.

Attended a recent conference, and had a very nice stay. ^th floor room overlooking the mountains and lake, comfortable kingsized bed and good pillows. Had a lunch and dinner in the restaurant and found it nice quality. Close to shops and very central. Last time I stayed at Ridges, but prefer the Crowne Plaza for convenience and comfort (and price).
