Spectacular view with friendly and accomodating staff. Truely felt the hotel had everything to offer one could ask for or expect. Only down factor would be the location, a little ways from downtown and all the action, and up a hill. At the Mercure we had a lovely modern, large room that contained two queen sized beds, a hair dryer, a nice flat screen TV, fridge, kettle/te&coffee and spectacular views over the lake.
