Situated within a short walk to evertything we thought this was a great place to stay - you do not even have to use your car. Friendly helpful staff who provided plenty of info about attractions. Rooms were clean and warm. Room serviced everyday. Excellent water views of lake and Queenstown Bay. Would have no problem staying again.

We had a studio unit for 2 nights. It is budget accommodation. Directly opposite lake with great view. Some traffic noise during the day but ok at night. Basic kitchen and bathroom and a bit dated but all very clean. Short walk to everything.
