Alpine Lodge is a very clean, friendly, homely affordable hostel with great staff,great size dorms, communal area & large kitchen. Only a 5mins walk to the supermarket & the centre of town where all activites start & heaps of bars & resturants. You can book all activities from the hostel & they offer free Wi -Fi connection. alpine lodge is a great backpackers/travellers lodge in queenstown. for anyone wanting an affordable (cheap as!), walking distance to central queenstown shopping/bars and nightlife, supermarket, adventure activities - queenstown is the southern hemisphere's downhill/cross country mountain biking mecca, paragliding, skiing/snowboarding, canyoning, frisbee golf/lawn bowls with so much more then the more than knowledgeable staff at alpine lodge will happily advise...
