We stayed here 2 nights.and had a good time. The accommodation is in the main sreet of town. It is within walking distance to a lot of the sights of Invercargill. There was car parking available within the complex. The room we had was not overly spacious but it served its purpose. It was very clean though. The reception staff were... More

We only stayed here one night, and were pleasantly surprised at how well this old building had been converted into lots of small apartments and rooms, with huge kitchens and lounges on each floor. Everything was clean and pretty new, and the decor was certainly not bland. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such colour! Our two-bedroom apartment was... More

I really enjoyed Livingspace. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town. There is a Pak’n’Save just 2 minutes down the street, and the colourful Esk Street is one block to the north. Invercargill is not the biggest town, so there are countless cafes and restaurants literally minutes away. From the balcony on the 4th floor I had... More

We found Livingspace via tripadvisor and other sites. Arrived on spec and the girl said she could give us a free upgrade. Showed us the room and we we took it immediately. Compared to what we'd been paying for run-down-retro motels, this place was diamond. Bathrooms are a bit tight for space (hit your head off the mirror when washing... More

Nice clean hotel, in the city centre and good value. But over secured, too many doors to go through, lift is too slow. Comes across as more of upmarket back-packers or IBIS. Good if you are overnighting but do not think it would be good for long stay, too noisy and windows do not seem to be sound proof.

This was a perfectly suitable place for my needs - cheap & clean & well located. The room was tiny, but adequate. The hotel appeared to have no public facilities but I didn't need anything so didn't explore further.

LivingSpace is situated in the center of this town. Motel offers a good and clean room, Bathroom is very small. Motel offers excellent value for money. You can park your car in a private garage with indoor access to the motel. The motel offers breakfast service. There is no restaurant, but no worry's lot's of possibilities in town. The staff... We stayed here for one during the Rugby World Cup in September 2011. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for the 4 of us, the rooms were very clean and tidy, found the staff helpful and even ended up getting our parking for free (although, I think this is because they forgot to charge us!!!) We didn't hear any of... More

One Stay to see Basketball in Invercargill. 2 Adults and 2,4 year olds. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment (not on nightclub side) but we could still hear and feel the music but not an issue for sleeping at all. Other reviews mention the noise but also the hotel does deals on weekends and does not hide the fact... More
