I have stayed here a few times and now it's the only place I stay in Dunedin. Good facilities, kitchen bathroom, communal laundry. There's heaters provided so the rooms are nice and warm. We stayed here for 14 days at the end of April 2011. We would highly recommend the Cumberland Motel. The room was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. The towels and shower curtain were changed every day, bathroom cleaned and surfaces wiped down, all rubbish removed and the room occasionally vaccumed.

We stayed here for 4 days (Dec. '09 - Jan. '10). The rooms were affordable, clean & spacious. Our room had 2 bedrooms (room for 4 people), a small kitchen (complete with utensils, dishes & glasses), living area & bathroom.
Annie & Wayne, who run the place, are very nice and always eager to help with whatever you may need....
