Big shame as it was good value. Its closed. No longer open. Kaput ! Shame about that as it was a great place to stay in Dunedin. Hope people can find a great alternative to this as it certainly was well used. Good luck.

Great price for this room on Wotif. Very basic accom. but had everything I needed and in a good location. Two blocks from the main street. Only thing that didn't work for me was the slightly grubby duvet cover.
