Hotel is very clean and staff very good. Hotel is located in the middle of the red zone from the earthquake that hit Christchurch which means that there isn't much around the hotel area. The rooms are clean, and simple. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are no cafe's or restaurants around, so you will need to eat in the restaurant on the first floor. The food is good but I think expensive. It's not a bad hotel, but can't wait for the Novotel to open

Stayed here for a night. Check in was fast. Strong wifi with only 30 mins free at lobby. With computers as well. Basic amenities. Strong water pressure with warm water. Heater works extremely well. Beds were comfy. I slept soundly. Breakfast were fine, with basic range.
