Room was filthy, found crumbs in one of the beds, heaps of vehicles driving around early in the morning making alot of noise. Rooms aren't sound proof AT ALL. Bugs crawling all over benches around kitchen area and climbing up the walls. Doesn't look anything like the pictures and certainley didn't reach my expectations! More

Stayed there for 4 nights mid July with some family. The rooms were pretty average but definately dated. The bathroom was very average, cold, small and really dated. This is a great find at a good price.Its been around a while but has been recently upgraded.Nice garden setting and plenty of parking. About a 10 minute walk to city. Fabulous food and ales in Speights Ale House on premises run by ex All Blacks.Try the great steaks. More
