Apartments as described (they looked like the photos!) in a good location in Sumner, very near to the beach and bars etc., but nice and quiet at night. Manager couldn't do more to be of help. Apartments were cleaned and tidied daily. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely motel in Sumner with a small restaurant attached to the front of it and bar if you need it. But there's no noise from the restaurant/bar. Nice and modern with good decor and facilities. Stayed here a few years back and returned for a couple of nights on our NZ trip this December. It's a really well designed motel, with great units - good cooking facilities, bathroom and balcony, very good-looking apartments and a feel of luxury. We used 2 rooms recently. The beds were just horrible. Uncomfortable and serious roll together. Both parties discussed each morning the lack of sleep and the condition of the beds which made for a disappointing stay.
