The choice of getting anything decent currently in Christchurch is limited. This was definitely adequate for our needs for a 1 night stopover. Clean, value for money motel, and with a parking space right outside your bedroom. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I stayed in room 11 which is upstairs. It gets a bit hot on a very sunny day as there is no A/C but wit a window open on both sides of the soom you get a nice cross breeze.

On a main road but not too noisy. We had a 3 bedroom unit so plenty of room. Unit was clean and comfortable but dated. Relatively close to town centre and a short walk to an excellent pub where meals were good (but very slow). The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
