Comfy and nice place, just that there's a smell in the room that sort of came with old accomodation. The dryer wasn't working perfectly fine in our room, we had washed our clothes the night before departure and the clothes came out semi-dry. Had to iron our clothes to dry them! More

This was a very nice hostel with friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to the city - about 10 minutes walk. The hostel was clean and well maintained throughout. The only bad part was the 6 bed dorm i stayed in was very cramped with not much room to put your backpack without it being in someones way.... More

I've stayed in stonehurst 3 times, and all times were good experiences. The bedroom (twin shared facilities) is confortable, good sized and very clean. The staff were always polite and helpful, and the location is good, very close to town. No complaints, will stay there again, when back in christchurch. More
