Family holiday booked in Dec 2010 for April 2011, but could not stay due to the earthquake. Refused refund of any sort despite knowing several weeks in advance that the accommodation would not be available. Do not deal with this company as better accommodation is available within the Christchurch area that do not have such restrictive cancellation policies. More
