Good to be back in the Rendezvous having stayed there a few years back. Can't comment on the food, bar or cafe areas as we ate out the one night we stayed (First weekend they had reopened post-quake I think). “Wonderful experience”

I had the good fortune to be in Christchurch, sadly only overnight. The Rendezvous is newly opened, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff was eager to please and very accommodating. I recently stayed at the Rendezvous after it was forced to close for 2+ years due to the Christchurch earthquakes. “Excellent value for money - great location”

It was bang in the middle of Christchurch and we could walk almost anywhere we liked. I am not sued to valet parking so founf that a bit odd but they always had our car ready for us if we let them know 5 to 10 minutes in advance. The reception staff were great and the room was very modern.... More

Lovely hotel, very modern, comfortable decor. Rooms are small but not claustrophobic and ventilation is good. Rooms are quiet. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Elevators are slow! Very spacious, pristine, modern room with excellent ammenities, towels and linens. Service was very good with kind and helpful staff going the extra mile. Would return if ever back in Christchurch.
