Rooms smelt of mould and mildew,toilet didn't flush,was filthy,dishes not clean, wifi didn't work properly, TV didn't work properly, phone not charged so couldn't make a local call.Maybe the house next door is OK but do not stay at No.57 only redeeming factor the caretaker refunded our money for one night as we moved out after the first night! Recent visit to Christchurch staying at the BnB. The owner are friendly and knowing the surroundings attrraction really well.
