This is cheap accommodation about 10 minutes walk from Christchurch centre. It has clean, functional rooms, with all facilities for cooking. It supplies tea, coffee and toiletries (which is not the case with establishments of a similar price in Christchurch.) It has pleasant garden surrounds.
