Very clean and tidy. A few things need fixing in the way of blown lights. Especially with cost of the unit. We didn't expect to run out of hot water after 4 showers don't know how it was going to handle it if there was 6 of us in the unit

New Zealand seems to be primarily motels but this one is exceptional. Sadly Downtown ChristChurch was blocked off due to the earthquake; but this motel was excellent.
