Upon arrival we were given a key (one between two of us) and given directions to our room. We were glad to see there were 4 beds, two of which bunks and two single beds. really enjoyed our stay here. It's been recently rennovated, is really clean and comfortable and the manager is great. Very cool guy and friendly. It's an excellent location, with restaurants and cafes all within a few hundred metres.

I only stayed here for one night. The food was very good value and quality. The manager and staff were really nice and friendly too. Good location. The room and bathroom were average but they were clean which was good. Only bad point was the bathroom did not have locks on the door.

Great find on the West Coast. The managers are absolutely lovely people, they made us feel so welcome; they helped us with restaurant recommendations, things to see, and were just fun people to hang out with. The rooms are clean and well kept, excellent value. And our kids loved having a cuddle with Lilly, the resident bunny.

This was a great place to stay, and the service was excellent. The managers went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and made it feel like a home away from home. So excited to see what this place will be like when renovations are complete. Definitely coming back next trip to NZ!!
