I book this off the internet via Westerman properties it wasn't until I got there that I was told there was a $600 deposit. All our deposits are clearly advertised on our website. The charge is $200 for a short-term stay and $600 for long term, all of which is fully refundable at the conclusion of the stay if the units are left in a clean and tidy condition and there is no rent outstanding.
