Good functional room in a central CBD location, close to train/ferry station and restaurants. Not much more to say about this place really - does the job with minimum fuss, well inside a 200-character limit!!!!

Nice modern apartment. Only 4 rooms per floor. Near center of city, rail, bus and ferry. Not much of a view. But the room was nicely furnished with a washer/dryer. Which took a long time to wash and dry but I think that's how they operate.

Stayed here for 2 nights in February. Friendly staff, clean room with great facilities. Walked to most places within the city as it's a very central location.Car parking is a difficulty in Wellington as street parking is very restricted, but the staff may be able to sort out a space for you if you contact them in advance.

We chose this hotel because of its central location and weren't disappointed.
