Would reccomend this hotel for value, location , service and friendleness. Just a pity bar and restaurant not operating due to upgradeing. Breakfast great value for money. Certainly intend to stay at Mecure again.Hopefully at my next stay the restaurant will be operating.

The Accor Mercure Hotel in Willis St Wellington was a good 10mins walk to the heart of Lambton Quay . With the right sneakers the walk was good. Staff were helpful, room was older but warm . Perfect for the price we paid. We would recommend this hotel to others and stay again

Considering that the kitchen was out off commission I think some facilities for heating food could have been made available and some eating utensil's. I also think that one chair for two persons was a bit odd. But overall we had a very enjoyable stay at your hotel. Thank you all the best Colin Perriman

what a great place wellington is,the people are friendly and helpful. the mercure was a great place to stay it was close to everything,value for money very clean,staff were very helpful.people need to come and see for them self but we will be back next year until then thankyou very much.

The service we experienced from booking online even before arriving to the hotel just by talking to the concierge was satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was convenient and just perfect for what we need during our stay. The free parking is fantastic as well especially when friends visit. We are definitely satisfied with our stay.

This a good hotel with low cost, comfortable rooms close enough to the city to walk. We stayed in a double room which was basic but clean & comfortable. The shower was not the most powerful and the TV remote was rubbish but not the end of the world! Would stay here again.

The service we experienced was satisfactory. The room was convenient and suited us. The location, guest parking & continental breakfast were all very good and convenient. The elevator was a little dated and a bit slow up to the sixth floor.
