I have used the West Plaza lots of times for business and for short holiday breaks. I find the staff very helpful, the rooms clean and quite spacious. The food in the restaurant is good and the bar relaxing. The corridors can be a bit confusing and cold do with brightening up a bit.

3 girls, 3 beds. Perfect. What a wonderful place to stay. Such friendly helpful people. Room was spotless. Tidied each day and clean towels. Situated in the right place to go anywhere. We would recommend to everyone. We will go back without hesitation.

Located right inmt he heart of Wellington and an easy walk to iunnner city attractions especially Cuba Mall and Courtnay Place. Great for restaurants and boutique shopping. The hotel is getting on a bit now but very clean and tidy. Nice wee house bar where the young lady behind the bar was very friednly and efficient. Food is good enough.
