lovely to be back and everything was as expected apart from the underfloor heating not working it wouldnt stop us from staying again, great service great place rite down by the water. just lovely. you sure give these chain hotels a run for there money. More

We stayed there in early July, the weather was not so good but the location and under floor heating made up for that. Very friendly owners and a very enjoyable stay. We will not hesitate in staying there again when we return. More

Great location. Open the door and the lake is just there. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Went for a couple of brilliant walks along the shore, with the birds and the thermal streams and the incredible views. lovely thermal pool an added bonus. Friendly owners very helpful. More

Wonderful location indeed ...lake front with lovely views right next to the Taupo walkway. Has a outdoor thermal heated 32C pool for use up to 9.30pm and a spa pool in your room which can be used until 10.00pm.
