We stayed at the Quest for a week in 2009 while we explored the region with our two young kids. Taupo is a good town with all the facilities and a great base to explore from. The Quest was great value for money: clean and functional units that were well kitted out.

Stayed 3 nights in a Superior 2 bedroom apartment. These are new-ish with modern conveniences. The room was clean and tidy. Full kitchen, laundry, modern bathrooms. Very well presented apartments, in a great location. We had a large two bedroom apartment with eveything you could ever need. Very quiet and the balcony was able to be opened up right into the living room.

We stayed at this place as it was the only big enough to have enough rooms for our extended family. We were disappointed by the mouldy smell that the whole lounge. It was pretty gross.
