I am unable to find words to descibe the amazing hospitality that was given to us during our stay in Taupo at the Tui Oaks Motor Inn!!! Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and serviced daily. Fantastic views over the Lake if your room is on the lakeside. Very little traffic noise as heavy vehicles nowq use the by pass.

Stayed one night here, we had a room overlooking the lake with views of the mountains in the distance. Although the room was also overlooked the main highway, the traffic noise wasn't a problem for us. Tidy room but getting a little tired, very pleasant staff, and walking distance from bars and restaurants.

As there is now a road for trucks to bypass Taupo, we chose a room with a view of the lake thinking it would be quiet at night.
