The room and location both stunning. Incredibly friendly with great food and drinks. Marvellous excursions including helicopter trips directly from and returning to the hotel! Far better to stay here rather than Rotorua which is busy and very commercial. This place is a gem. More

Very hospitable team who went the extra mile when the plane with two members of our party was diverted to Hamilton - transfer excecuted efficiently notwithstanding 3 hour delay. And a fine meal was served at 11pm to accoomodate the late arrivers. Nice place, great views. More
