We upgraded to a lake view room and this was not to disappoint! The hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to many central Rotorua locations. The restaurant missed a great opportunity with a fake log fire which had poor ambience. The duty managers were very helpful and friendly and made our stay much easier.

Great Service from the duty manager - My J Chetty - went out of his way to welcome us from the cold - asked us to sit at the waiting area whist he sorted out the paperwork. Good local knowledge of restaurants, and offered us discount cards to the local hot pool. Will be back - great service
