This property has seen better days. On the lower floor each unit has a hot tub "outside" which means it is enclosed and under a roof which is attached to building. The trouble is all tubs are in one long enclosed structure. When people smoke the smoke is trapped under the roof and it filters its way throughout the structure.... More
