I booked this motel based on overall reviews from trip advisor. I stayed for 3 nights and wasnt disappointed. The place is clean, quiet and about 2 minutes walk to the shops. The hosts are both accomodating and easy to talk to. I will book this motel again whenever I visit Rotorua.

The title says it all. The service by the young man on reception was faultless, The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities excellent - we will be staying there again. The breakfast (included in the price) was just what I had come to expect from this motel. I can't recommend it highly enouhg.

We make regular trips to Rotorua, and discovered this lovely place this weekend. Though a little shabby, it is purely cosmetic, as the room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable.
