Don´t let the name of the hostel or the battered sign outside put you off. It´s actually a nautical themed hostel inside! Jake, the owner, is very helpful and friendly and showed us to a small but nice double room. It can get a little bit noisy because it the toilets and showers are right outside but you soon get used to it. Clean facilities, good parking, quiet and central, only personal problem was queue for laundry facilities taking it past the noise curfew resulting in a lot of wet clothes with no access to a dryer! More

Lovely hostel, clean, tidy and a warm friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff gave a great intro to the area including all the local shops and their hours/prices and details for the ferry. Room was comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and plentiful. Can't recommend it highly enough! More
