This is a treasure only a few seconds' drive from the beach. Our first night began with a warm welcome. As the door to our studio apartment opened we were stunned by the great decor -simply tasteful classic with modern lines. Nestled in the trees we enjoyed privacy and a view to the water framed by native bush. The next... More

We stayed one night and were very pleased. The rooms were big, the bathroom modern, kitchen had everything we needed and the outlook serene. Bed was perfect, the host very friendly and accomodating - even helping us access the net. Would certainly recommend it as suitable to my friends, etc. More

Beautifully positioned within a native bush setting, this is the perfect property for those looking for something a little bit special. Providing a range of apartment types, our studio apartment was modern, clean and well-presented. The apartment did not have air conditioning or a ceiling fan, but we did not experience any discomfort because of this. The kitchen provided a... More

We were only here for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Very friendly welcome and superbly appointed accommodation. The apartments are in a tranquil location surrounded by trees. Although the accommodation is slightly out of town it is within easy walking distance of the Waitangi treaty grounds. If you are visiting the Bay of Islands we can... More

It's a short way out of Paihia. The appartments are surrounded by trees, it's a really peaceful location. The room was really spacious and had a nice wooden floor. It was comfortable, included a kitchen and everything was clean. Would stay there again if ever back in Paihia. More

We had a chalet with a downstairs twin bedroom and a huge bed in the living area on the top floor. The whole place was massive and beautifully decorated with views into the garden. It was too far to walk into town for us as the weather was bad, however we were in walking distance of the Waitangi treaty grounds.... More

Waiora Apartments (and caravan park) are more like a cabin than an apartment, but they renovating some 2 storey ones which will be good when they are finished. Clean rooms, nice setting, kids liked the Waiora Valley Adventure World which was located next door. More

We stayed here for 2 nights and found the accomodation to be modern but average quality, clean and very peaceful. We had a 3 bedroom unit that was probably a little bigger than what we needed but it was comfortable. The chickens pecking at the door in the morning was a great novelty for my 6 yr old son and...
